There’s just a few stipulations/restrictions that apply to Photography Workshops of Utah MULTI-DAY Photo Adventures They are…

• Registration Deadline: Participants must pay their non-refundable retainer 90 days before the Photo Adventure to secure their spot. The final payment is due 30 days before the adventure starts. If you register within 90 days of the start date, the full fee is due when you register.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy:  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE SERVICES ARE STARTED.

- In the event that PARTICIPANTS must CANCEL their Photo Adventure reservations 90+ days prior to the tour start date you will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

- Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the Photo Adventure start date will receive a 50% refund of the total balance of the Photo Adventure minus a $100 administrative fee.

- No refunds will be given <30 days prior to Photo Adventure start date unless a replacement is found to fill the spot.

-Photography Workshops of Utah will refund the Photo Adventure price minus an administrative fee of $100 if a replacement is found.

- Photo Adventure spots can be reassigned and/or gifted to other individuals. Registration name changes/substitutions do not incur an administrative fee. 

- ALL REQUESTS (CANCELATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL TO PHOTOGRAPHYWORKSHOPSOFUTAH@GMAIL.COM

- In the event that Photography Workshops of Utah must CANCEL a full refund of Photo Adventure fees will be returned. No additional compensation will be issued. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. ​

• Photo Adventure fees only cover specifically listed inclusions such as guiding and instruction services, on location transportation. If the item is not listed, participants can assume it is NOT included in the Adventure price. Please inquire if you have any questions or need clarification for a specific Adventure.

• Participants understand that these photo adventures are based around natural elements that Photography Workshops of Utah has no control over. Best efforts will be made to ensure fulfillment of outlined photographic subjects for each photo adventure but weather conditions, wildlife sightings, wildflower blooms, and fall colors cannot be guaranteed.

• In the event of extraordinary events, governmental instability, extreme weather, pandemics, or other conditions, Photography Workshops of Utah reserves the right to cancel the Photo Adventure and shall return all adventure fees to participants in these cases.

   

• Release of Liability: Upon the arrival meet-up, hard copy liability release forms will be signed. However, by purchasing a Photo Adventure you agree to hold  Photography Workshops of Utah and any heirs, relatives, business associates and others harmless from any liability for any personal injury, death, loss of valuables and safety risks, or any other malady that may strike due to your involvement in this Adventure. You agree that you are aware of the risks international or domestic travel presents and you are taking these risks upon yourself. You agree to be fully financially independent should disaster strike.

• Although most of the Photo Adventures are designed for people of average fitness, be aware that all the Photo Adventures will be taking place outdoors and will require a certain amount of walking over some degree of uneven ground. Please make sure that you are up to the level of activity for the Photo Adventure that you plan to attend. If you have any questions about the activity level of a certain Photo Adventure, please inquire prior to signing up for the event.

• Attendees are not vetted before the journey. You understand the risks involved and while Photography Workshops of Utah will do all he can to aid and assist with issues that may arise, you agree to hold Photography Workshops of Utah and any associates harmless due to any interpersonal interactions with fellow attendees and/or anyone we encounter along the way. If you are unwilling to agree to any of these terms listed here please don’t sign up for the Photo Adventure.

• Please be aware that it is the participants’ responsibility to meet at our predetermined location by a specific time for the start of our Photo Adventure. If for any reason you are delayed, you will be responsible to catch up with the group. It is unfair to delay the entire group. We do suggest arriving in the area of our Photo Adventure locations the day before our start date. A detailed data sheet will be available for each Photo Adventure that will include time and location information.

• Photography Workshops of Utah reserves the right to modify, add and/or subtract anything from the itinerary as necessary and without warning.

For photographers who are traveling for workshops, I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your costs in case of cancellation or withdrawal.
